| From the plotted flight path, you can tell how quick it went from the decision to land until I put the gear down on a runway. Currock Hill, a quite special airport lying on a hill. Not the easiest thing to land on with just one engine, no runway lights and the runway on hill above the surrounding... Luckily, the lading went well. A short phone back to Charterhall... and we had that solved. They forgot a rug in the engine, blocking the cooling air and leading to an overheated engine. Today was not my day... |
